2001 Honda Accord. Never been in a accident, but yet sometimes the airbag light flickers when driving it. Does anyone know why

Your purse, cellphone, newspaper, camera or similar object is on the
passenger seat when this happens?

What color is the light?
If it's yellow then the other posters are right.
If it's red then you got problems... BIG problems.
