As title, my dealer wanted me to do that and it is coming soon...
It is a 2005 Accord EX-V6, two oil changed had been done.

Look in your owner's manual to see what's required for that mileage.  I
suspect it's not much and the dealer is just trying to make more money off
you.

Mostly inspections but a tire rotation should be done if not done when
the oil was changed. If you live where it snows, brake caliper
maintenance is a pretty standard spring expense.

As copied from Honda factory website 2003-2005 Accord V-6
7,500 miles/ 12,000 km/ ---
2003-2005 Models

Follow the Normal Schedule if the severe driving conditions specified in the
Maintenance Schedule for Severe Conditions do not apply, and if only
OCCASIONALLY driven in severe driving conditions. Follow the Severe
Conditions schedule if the vehicle is driven MAINLY in Canada.

Do the items in parts A, B, C, D, E, F, and G as required for the
mileage/time interval listed.

o Replace engine oil every 7,500 miles (12,000 km) or 1 year.

o Engine oil capacity without oil filter: 4.0 L (4.2 US qt).

o Rotate tires, and check tire inflation and condition every 7,500 miles
(12,000 km).

o Follow the pattern shown in the Owner's Manual

But then you and every one else knows better, so go ahead and create your
own maintenance schedule. You don't really think the dealer has any thought
about keeping you as a customer or maybe selling you another car in the
future. Nah! For what reason would they do that for. And then you can also
go ahead and bitch about how your car didn't last as long as your buddy's
car, and you'll never buy one of those again. Yep, don't listen to those who
know.
