Tried to contact Honda motors but their customer relations web site has no
e-mail address.
Take it up with your local dealer. Honda has ZERO CORPORATE RESPONSABILITY

That's right.

Corporate America still does things via phone and US mail.

Email is considered a toy for kids.

What do you have against calling them?  Don't you have a phone?

Maybe he is scared that a woman will answer the phone. Lots of people
are scared of the unknown.

I beg to differ....had an issue that needed to be "bumped up" to corporate.
I did in fact CALL them on the phone... and they took care of it!
