Have a 95 Honda Civic, manual 5 speed.  The Speedometer has just started
jumping around.  No check engine light, tach seems stable and the odometer
still seems to be working.  Thought at first was Vehicle Speed sensor but not
sure, have not replaced it yet.  What else could be the problem.  Any
suggestions or ideas?

hey
check the connection/plug at the speed its located on the back of the
transmission near the firewall ..
it usually get corrded there
if that is fine your speed sensor probably need to be replaced ..
you can probably find one at junk yard looking to spend around 40bux
