(Renewed) 2003 Pilot Transmission Failure

My 2003 Pilot (bought in June 2002) was just diagnosed with a "4th gear
pressure switch" failure. This comes off the back of the 2nd gear
recall notice from 2004 which was performed. I opened a case with
American Honda to cover the cost, BUT am wondering if this is a
harbinger of transmission problems to come?

where 03 Pilot owners talked about transmission failures. Anyone else
with Pilot transmission problems?

Ye gods. The last fiasco cost Honda millions of dollars and untold amounts
of lost consumer confidence. A repeat of that would be the last thing Honda
needs.
