Vibrations while driving car

I hadn't driven my Honda for trips longer then 15mins for quite some
time, but due to a recent workplace change, do around 30 + 30 min
everyday. I've started noticing that my arms, specifically the elbows,
are hurting more. I feel that the steering wheel vibrates more then it
used to before, I dont know how else to quantify it.

About the car, its a 1999 Honda Accord, well maintained, recently did a
water pump and belt change, brake rotors and pads, spark plugs,
filters, all fluids replaced on a regular basis at reputable Honda
specialist shops [non-dealers]. Around 95,000 miles, 1-owner, Boston
area. Tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE950, around 38K and due for
change soon.

Is there something specific that I can ask the mechanic to look at?
Steering Wheel? or should it be the shocks/struts? Tires?

Thanks.

Have the tires balance checked;you could have lost a wheelweight.
(or buy your new tires;they will probably balance for free for a purchase
of 4 new ones, and maybe even do a front end alignment, too.)

I'm leery of dealers rotating my tires.
I like to rotate same side,no crossover.
