Does anyone have any advice on how to remove scratches from a windshield, or how much it costs to have them buffed out? My honda is brand new and looking at those scratches is really pissing me off. My suggestion is to buy a high quality glass cleaner and try this first. I used to work for a company that sold the soap and wax to one of these places. The scratches could be caused by a buildup of the wax on the windshield. Then when you went to scrape it, you scraped away some of the wax causing what looks like scratches. My bet is that they would simply buff out. Have you tried? t >Getting frost off my windshield... Glass cleaner is going to do you no good what-so-ever . Anytime you have scratches polished out there is some degrade in the glass . |
