I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with adding a throtle
body spacer kit on their 4 cylinder Vtec?

If you did, would you say that it added the claimed 3 or 4 mpg AND the
few extra horsepower?

Was/is there an issue with throttle cable lengths to consider during
installation?

Don't you think if there were mpg/horsepower to gain that Honda would have
installed it already?

Spacers can make sense in multi-barrel carburetors, where you can gain 1%
or so more bhp. In single-barrel EFI throttle bodies (such as yours) thay
are mere snake oil.

Don't waste your cash.
