1990 Honda Accord - drivers side power window stuck

Is there a website that tells how to get to the switches and motor,
and how to determine the problem ?

Thanks

Hopefully its not real important, but its the passenger side window.

you have to remove the inner door cover. there are plastic prongs that hold
it on and you can pry them out with a flat head screw driver but becareful
not to damage anything. don't pry them to hard. do that after you remove all
the screws from the arm rest and any other screws attached to the door
cover. you probably just need to get another motor which isnt hard to
replace. the the window regulator and glass will have to be removed. you
might just buy the motor and take it to a glass shop if you don't think you
can handle it. it's not really that hard though.
