Problems with Hyundai Service Page?

I have used Hyundai's "Web Tech" several times with no problem.  The
last couple of times I have tried to access it, it won't load right.
The page gives me no options to select from (publications, vehicle
model, etc.).  Anyone else had problems like this?  Am I doing
something wrong?

Thanks,
Okie

a number of things will cause this.  Pop up stoppers, zone alarm and I
think maybe SP2(xP)

It only works with Internet Explorer 5.5 and up.
