2001 Hyundai Elantra. I want to replace the battery.I was told there are a
few things needed to be removed first,I can't just remove a hold down
clamp and 2 cables.Shucks,I was hopeing this was going to be a real easy
1-2-3 job.Am I getting misinformation?Is this a easy job that even I
should be able to do?What are the steps?I'm lucky I know how to open the
hood,this site is a lifesaver.

There's a little plastic cover that will need to be removed.  It's held in
by three phillips-head push locks and one 10mm head bolt.  Then you can
remove the battery terminals (10mm) and hold down (12mm).  You'll be able
to figure this out.
