It really sucks that the new Tuscon in Canada doesnt have the side and head air bags. Ive e mailed Hyundai in Korea a few times now and no responce. I also notice that their 'voice of a consumer' has been down for well over a month... bet when new Sonata comes and the restof the new models it will be the same, sides and heads for usa and not in canada. Its been like this for past models too... Hell, the Accent diddnt get two front airbags till 2003! I think Hyundai Canada orders what it wants to sell from the factory and the factory produces it. If you want airbags all around contact Hyundai Canada with your request. If they feel that there is a market for them and that Canadians will pay extra then you can be sure they will show up. We never did get the nifty right side armrests that the US importer brings in. Bob |
