License plate lights not working on 2001 Accent GSi

Both license plate lights on my 2001 Accent GSi are not working. How
to fix?

First check to see if the parking lamps are out on one side of the car.
If
so, check your tail lamp fuses.  If not, then check the bulbs themselves.

You can remove them by removing the screws holding the lenses in place.
