Remove headlamp assembly on 02 Hyundai Elantra

I am trying to remove the headlamp assembly on the driver side.  I
removed the 2 hex nuts, but can't seem to pull it out.  Am I missing
something?

There's another hex bolt holding the back of the headlamp.
