2001 santafe rear wiper removal

What is the easiest way to get to the  rear wiper motor?

You'll need to remove the trim cover from the inside of the liftgate.  If
you're removing the motor, you'll also need to remove the wiper arm,
remove the plastic cover over the shaft, and remove the retaining nut
there.
