That's understandable, as the link isn't very obvious. On the "Welcome" page, click on "Service Information" at the top of the left hand list. It's a link, but it doesn't look like one. Once you're on that page, click on the "Shop" tab. It's for "Shop Manuals", not "Shopping". "ETM" is for the electrical manuals. Thank you. I just saw a small icon in the upper left corner of where the images should appear. Then I did a ton of detective work and discovered that the images they use are in "SVG" format (such as "image.svg"). But Internet Explorer and Mozilla don't automatically recognize that format for images and therefore can't display them. The solution?: After logging in, before clicking on "Service Information" (which *SHOULD* appear as a blue underlined web link but doesn't), look under "Info", then click on "Site Requirements", then click on "Adobe SVG Viewer" to download and install that program. I also clicked on "Macromedia Flash Player". I wonder how many other people try this website and then give up -- especially those who don't know about this alt.autos.hyundai newsgroup and how to access it. >> That's understandable, as the link isn't very obvious. I'm thinking of referring them to the guru at Websites That Suck (www.websitesthatsuck.com). Hyundai should fire their web design firm and hire someone who knows what they're doing. There is a lot about Hyundai, it's warranty, it's vehicles, etc. that I really like. But, when I go to their website to try to figure something out, I am almost always disappointed. Someone needs to send their web designer copies of "Web Pages That Suck" and "Son of Web Pages That Suck" (subtitled "Learn good design by looking at bad design). I just read the latter and the HMA site is guilty of several of the "classic" mistakes. That said, once you get past the poor UI, the content is much appreciated. I don't find their regular website bad - on the contrary I find it pretty good. It is the Webtech site that is horrible. If the same people who designed the sales website did the Webtech site it would be world-class. I second that. Crappy site but good technical content. Content that no other manufacturer (that I know of) can manage to provide on their webstes or in their owner's documentation. Actually just had a chance to check it...turns out that I was doing it right, but the link would not work in Firefox...switched to Internet Explorer and it worked, didn't think of trying that before. Thanks > again. Perhaps it's changed, but it used to be that when you tried to access the site in Firefox, a screen popped up stating that it could only be viewed in IE.
