it has done it again for the 3rd time. dead in the water wrecker on the
way........shall I pursue the Texas lemon law?

see copy below of my first post on this issue;

Car has 42k on it. 5 weeks ago after car sat all night went out to find park
lights flashing slowly in time to a relay I could hear clicking under dash.
Battery was about dead. Had car towed to dealer. Dealer shop said battery
was bad and replace under warranty.

Last week exact same thing happened except this time dealer charged battery
and said they could not find any problems after keeping car 3 days.

This is getting old, to buy a new car that I can not depend to get me to
work. Anyone else have any issues like this or can advise me on how to
correct.  By the end of the year I will have 60k and out of warranty hate to
just trade this off and it become someone else's issue. Any chance of
warranty covering rental and loss of work coverage in the future?
