torque specs for 01 accent 1.5L valve cover?

mine unscrews itself. does anybody know what the factory torque spec
is when tightening the valve cover bolts? on a similar note, is the
accent factory manual info posted anywhere besides the Hyundai
technology website, somewhere that's free? the Hyundai technology
website is not very well illustrated or documented and the dealer
wants 125 clams for the shop manual. is there any information / tech
source you folks know of where a poor boy like me can find lots of
technical information (like torque specs, technical illustration,
wiring diagrams, etc...) on 01 accent? thank you...

From the HMAservice.com web site:

Install the rocker cover and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque
Rocker cover bolt :

8-10Nm (80-100kg.cm, 6-7 lb.ft)

What else would you need?
