Judder when driving  - cold start -5deg C

Hyundai Tucson 2005 model CDX Diesel.. Cold morning -5 deg C first
quarter mile judder - thought brakes were sticking or had a front
nearside flat - not engine falter - definately downstream from
transmission as a declutch didnt stop it..
any suggestions .. A Moto Mind in the office suggested the Traction
Control System ..
Anyone had this before..

Perhaps there was snow or ice on the wheel causing it to be out of
balance.  After you drove a while, it may have melted
