2000 hyundai sonata travelling on freeway at 70mph when car started to
loose speed, pulled over to shoulder car idling. Turned car off and
has’nt started since. Thought might be fuel pump pulled it and it
would run when hooked to battery. Checked for fire at sparkplugs no
fire,what could it be?

I'd primarily suspect the crank sensor if you have no spark.  There are
other possibilities, but those are much less common.
