I live on the border of Washington & Oregon-When I buy gas in Oregon an
drive on the expressway over 60 miles an hour the Check engine light wil
come on and stay on at any speed or start-ups after that. If I then go bu
gas in Washington state after a few miles the light goes out. I have bough
a new gas cap and I make sure it is on tight and suggestions other the
don't buy gas in Oregon and I don't buy gas at the same stations either?

Read the obd code to see what the check engine lite is trying to tell you.
Most auto stores will do this for free.  Do you have a auto-zone nearby?
