Hi, I may buy a '06 Elantra. What do I need to do to ensure the warranty (5 tears - 60K miles) is tranferred to me? What if the car wasn't serviced properly? Tom The 5/60 warranty remains with the car unless the car has been salvaged o similar incident has occurred. Of course failures due to the vehicle no being properly serviced are not (and never were) covered.
