Hi, I may buy a '06 Elantra.  What do I need to do to ensure the warranty (5
tears - 60K miles)  is tranferred to me?
What if the car wasn't serviced properly?

The 5/60 warranty remains with the car unless the car has been salvaged o
similar incident has occurred.  Of course failures due to the vehicle no
being properly serviced are not (and never were) covered.  To rightfull
deny warranty service, Hyundai would need evidence that the failur
actually occurred because of the lack of proper maintenance
