Is a leaking  Power Steering Hose covered under the 100 k. Drivetrain     Warranty ?

Further, is there a complete list of the components which fall under
the 'Drivetrain' ?  Thanks.

No.  5/60 only.  The most succinct information I've seen regarding what'
covered under the powertrain warranty is in the warranty booklet that cam
with the car when new
