I Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to replace the drive belt on my
97 accent . I am told that the motor mount will have to be removed. Has
anyone done this before and how hard is it to remove the motor mount to
get the bekt on?

You don't have to remove a motor mount to replace the alternator belt,
A/C belt or power steering belt.

See http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/ for instructions for your car
(under Engine Mechanical, Cooling; Steering; Heating & A/C)
