Wow, starting this Summer, those of us in the U.S. can buy a
warmed-over Chevy Colorado with an Isuzu Badge on it.  Never mind that
the truck has already been out for two years with Chevy and a GM
badges, and there's nothing that will really distinguish it from the
rest of the pack, this is really exciting.  Never mind that they have
no plans to offer it with the common-rail diesel engine that is
available everywhere BUT the U.S.

Isn't everybody excited?!!  This is a real breakthrough!  They've even
issued press releases!

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...

Get a clue, Isuzu!

Manufactures have been rebadging vehicles for decades so whats your
point?  Isuzu does it just like everyone else.  Honda rebadged the
Rodeo.  No biggie.

From doing some reading on the internet, it sounds like the Colorado is a
slightly modified Isuzu D-Max...a real Isuzu-made product.  I think the
Colorado uses a different engine and maybe tranny and few other cosmetic
changes.  So...if it's truly the Isuzu version, then that's a good thing (we
hope).  Sure would be nice to see a diesel offered though!  And still
waiting on the new isuzu-made SUV...haven't heard much about it.

Happy reading!  Well...ok, not happy for Isuzu...
