Been awhile. That Cable never Streches. The root cause it the Drum Parking brake , need religning NEW SHOES That right your trooper has both disc and drum brakes in the rear Check em out A guy that used to work on our Troopers commented after making that adjustment...said the disk/drum combo was "just like a Corvette!"
