Splash pan removal 92 Rodeo

Trying to trace a trans fluid leak (drip).  Looks like the cooler lines
to the radiator but can't get a good look at them because of the splash
pan.  I loosened the two 14mm bolts on the bottom but it's still tightly
attached.  Can't see any other bolts.  Anyone have some experience with
this?

Don't rule out the fact it may be your water pump as it is behind the timing
cover. Useally it looks like it is dripping from the cross member area.

I had to replace mine big job but can be done in a weekend
