how long to replace a water pump in a 94 rodeo. Or is it an easy one

3.2l SOHC V6 engine??  it's not exactly easy... the water pump is
driven off the timing belt, so removing the pump also entails removing
that, and therefore disassembly of much of the engine front section.
You might as well replace it (the belt) while you're in there.

Also replace: timing belt tensioner, front crankshaft oil seal and
(many suggest) cam shaft oil seals.  Again, since you're in there.
