All items selling without reserve and located in the UK.

One of the things you need to realize about Ebay is that the more
specific an item is, the less chance it has of selling or getting a decent
price. The items that you are selling are pretty specific and the buyer
must have a particular need for that item. Add to that the fact that the
bulb failure modules are only good in the UK because of the light
patterns --- than you have an even smaller market.
