The rear head rest was put in backwards.     Now it is stuck.
 Any ideas how I can get it out without damaging the seat?
Thanks

I had exactly this - result of getting the kids to do it!

As well as the prominent latches on the outside socket, there are
miniature latches on the inside socket which need to be pressed in
with a flat screwdriver or similar. The headrest can then be removed.
