The chart doesn't show that.  What it shows is ONLY at 60 MPH under 4
different conditions:

AT 60 MPH:
A. A Fully Operational service Brake
       - Light load                          148 feet
       - Maximum Load                 188
B. Emergency Service Brakes
        With front system failure      356
C. Brake Power Unit Failure
         Maximum Load                 242

Well variables include tire type, tire air pressure, brake pad type,
and service loads, but according to Jaguar stopping distance in a
fully operational abs equiped XJ6, stopping distances from 60mph is
claimed to be 148ft. You are on your own for the other speeds.
