In the states, over there some people change the V12 to a Chevy 350 cu in.
Some people call them by names = Lumps.

Much better version of a 'Lump' :-)
XJS only came with a V12 and much later an XJ40 six.

Yes, jag has had a 4l v8 since about 96/97 as an option. I beleive
that since 98 all xj sedans have v8's. I believe the latest 2002+ have
4.2 l v-8. Best look at jag-lovers.org to find out the details
