What is the correct procedure for adjusting the parking brake.o5 liberty 4x4

The parking brake is composed of a separate set of drum brakes that ride
INSIDE the rear rotor hat.

You adjust them the same way you adjust any drum brake by turning the star
with a brake spoon until it drags and then backing off one click.

DO NOT just adjust the cables at the splitter.

They will (should) self adjust by applying the brakes while backing

if you have rear drum brakes trhey must be adjusted first then you should only
pull parking brake handle a inch before it starts to work and at full pull the
vehicle should not move in drive
