Just a quick note to explain my absense.  I met a girl who drives an '02
Grand Cherokee, and we've become the best of friends.  Had it not been
for our mutual interest in Jeeps, it may not have happened.  We're off
to the Sierra's this weekend to play in the snow in the TJL.  (She's
nervous about getting stuck in her GC.)  We may even get up in to Nevada
to do some sightseeing and visit old friends.

I always knew that Jeeps were babe-magnets.  She tells me that she
always thought that Jeeps were guy-magnets.  HA!

Free to use.  Lots of girls.  As soon as 'Cara' saw that I drove a TJL,
we became friends.  Highly recommended, but don't expect miracles: I was
very lucky to find her.

Seem to be a few of them here on the left coast.  I've known a couple
real foxes that allowed as how you could get their ZJ from them only by
prying it from their corpses.  And my own missus was the one most
responsible for me owning a ZJ...well, technically it is registered in
her name.  Seemed to be pretty popular for 30 something ski bunnies
during the heyday of the ZJ.

A former co-worker suggested I cruise the Wal-Mart parking lot in my Audi
for trailer trash girls but apparently they cannot recognize German cars
other than beemers and Mercedes...

I told him I didn't see his mom there..... after his embarrassment subsided
a female co-worker suggested his sister might be at K-Mart.....

Winter storm warning this weekend up here. Carry chains and a shovel, and
food, water, blanket for when crashes close the highway, etc. Have fun

I will do just that - thanks!  Taking the cell, toolbox, extra chain and
rope, flares and a big thermos.  Should be a great time up there.
