I haven't crawled under it yet but I was hoping that some of you nice
and helpful people would steer me in the right direction to fix this
problem.
I first noticed the problem when I began getting vibration in my
steering when braking hard. I first assumed assumed a warped rotor,
but now I'm quite sure it's more than that. My steering has a lot more
play than it should and when driving I noticed the steering wheel is
not straight when I'm driving straight. While turning there is a spot
where the steering wheel kinda sticks. The passenger side tire is worn
on the outside edge, and no noticable unusual wear on the driver side.
Does any of that point to something specific or what should I be
looking for when I crawl under and take a peek.

Whoa! I had those same symptoms and I was about a mile away from the
tie rod falling off and losing steering. There were only 2 threads
still holding it on at one end. Regardless, go immediately to a
front-end shop and get it looked at.
If you want to crawl under and look, have someone else in the driver's
seat to turn the wheel back and forth hard while you look at all the
connections underneath to see if you can spot something loose.

Can't say without looking. Generally you can feel a warped rotor under
light braking. It's more of a pulse feeling in the wheel. A wobble
could be bad shocks, worn track bar, antisway, or control arm bushings.
But with outside edge wear on one tire I'd say your out of alignment
and (do you have kids or someone that hit a curb recently?)

I think it's worth a trip to the Stealership to see if your rotors have

sounds like you have a few things occuring first the rotors are warped
and the tires are shot so you need to replace that tierod end and front
brakes and a alignment
