2001 Jeep Wrangler Fog Lights

My fog lights keep turning on even though they're clearly in the off
position. I came out from work yesterday and they were on. Then I
noticed driving home, they came on again!

When I tap on the signal switch/bar, they'll now come on.

Any advice?!

Faulty relay would be my first guess. Fairly easy swap with
the A/C relay to test it out.
