I don't have a YJ, but if you can't see the sucker, I would look under the license plate. They sell caps at the store. Don't I feel silly! I read that as though the cap was missing, not that it was hidnig. The cap, if there is one, is behind the license plate. If there isn't one, they sell them at the store, and when you get one, put it behind the license plate.
