89 Cherokee rattles at startup

89 Cherokee rattles at startup, ceases noise when warm but oil
pressure drops to 20. Oil and filter has been changed and lucas
additve put in. Any suggestions besides a bad bearing.

If you have a fram filter then that is the problem.
