What is the cost of the new Teraflex T-Locker?  What is a good source
for this product?

Teraflex is local, so there has been a lot of buzz about them here. Pricing
is similar to an ARB, here is more info.  If you want to talk to a person
you can try Mepco in SLC, UT  801-561-3299.

$679.95 (delivered within the
continental U.S.).

Not a bad price.  For $679 is that everything you need to make it work?  Or
do you still need a compressor?  I still want to see a sub $500 selectable
locker.

Teraflex brought a demo TJ to my work place to show off their gear this
month.  A T-Locker was part of the demo.  I didn't see the air
compressor.  A co-worker said they were using an ARB air compressor.
The T-Locker is apparently still being tested.
