Who is Mike Wickman?

I'm looking at a jeep that was supposedly built by:
"Mike Wickman, the nationally acclaimed CJ conversion guru"
Anyone know or heard of him? If he exists, I'd like to talk to him about
this jeep.

Yea, I googled it and got Mike Wickman the bicyclist, baseball player and
forest ranger but nothing about a jeep guru.
