What type of lubrication should I use on the injector and fuel line Quick
connect O'rings??

Also, I have removed the oil filter adapter to replace the O'rings. Just
for information the adapter bolt was a 16mm and was easy to get to from
underneath with a rachet extention.

Is it ok to put oil on gas O'rings?

Yep.  Just a drop worked around, you don't need to soak em.
Expect some smoke when the engine warms up.
