2000 Grand Cherokee V-8. When I have temp set at Lo, fan high, A/C
and Recirculate on, set for dash vents, in this 90+ weather, it just
doesn't feel like it is blowing much. When I turn recirculate off,
you can feel the cold air blast through the vents. Two dealers have
said everything is fine, but it ISN'T. Any suggestions for what else
to look for?

Check for air going through other vents... is it coming
out the defrosters, or down below? Your recirculate
vacuum motor might have a leak... when you engage
it, it could cause the other door that switches between
the different vent systems to stick in the middle.
On my 2000 Cherokee, if I'm pulling a load up
a grade at about 75mph (low manifold vacuum),
the air from the dash vents shuts down... you can feel
it coming out all the other vents at the same time.
After I get to the top of the grade, the vents start
blowing again... it's a vacuum thing, like the old
windshield wipers.
