It appears so.  I tried calling and emailing - nothing worked.  That's too
bad as they made a nice bumper system and tire carrier.  The original
owners, who I knew, had been around for years but never made it big.
Another small company took over and didn't put and dollars into the company.
The bumpers and tire carrier were practically made by hand.

I heard rumors that this was about to happen.  I had Runck on my 79 CJ, rest
it's soul, and that was good protection.  Sad.
