Yeah see, a vehicle with a non-stock engine, modified suspension, body
lift and aftermarket lighting and wheels isn't really a "restoration" is
it?

Kinda like calling a `glass Willys coupe with a white leather
tuck-n-roll interior and slush-box behind a supercharged big block a
"restoration".
