i recently tried to change the oil in my girlfriends car. after about 20 mins., i found the oil filter. however when i got under the car to drain the oil i couldn't find the drain plug anywhere on the oil pan. if someone could tell me where the plug is i would be most grateful.

If you cannot find the filter or drainplug, you may not be able to find your
way back to them! I recommend going to Jiffy, Instant, or the dealer and
save your girlfriend the trouble of being stranded.

Look at this link for all the info you need, and the plug is on the
bottom edge of the oil pan.
