If the oscillating stays steady, I'd say it's an alignment situation; if it
comes and goes at intervals, say 20 mph, 40 mph, 60 mph then it might be
wheel balance or a tire belt 'thrown'. I think there is a way to tell the
difference.

Thank you for reply. Fixed oscillation of steering by air
pumping front wheels, they had too low pressure.
Correction, the KIA is RIO 2002.
(just looked better into the title papers).
