The sensor on my kia rio is supposedly bad.

I tried to remove it but it just doesnt come off, even after using a torch on it...

I am afraid to ruin the manifold if I use to much force.

Any safe way to remove the sensor?

Thanks

I read the assembly has to be hot (expanded metal).  Not just local heat
from a touch.  Have you tried just after the engine is at full operating
temperature?
