i was wondering if you could tell me why the driving lights does not come
on when i start the ignition anymore

What vehicle? Are you talking fog lights or DRL's (daytime running lights)?

Bad bulb(s), bad fuse, switch turned off? If it's DRL's it could be you
have your parking brake just slightly applied, which on some vehicles shuts
them off. If it's fog lights then some vehicles won't keep them on if you
shut off your motor, and some will but only if they are turned on before you
shut the motor off. If your high-beams are on, then most likely neither
your fog lights nor DRL's will work at all.

oh...i'm sorry...but i was referring to the DRL's on a 1999 kia sportage.
normally when i start the iginition they always comes on, but now they
only comes on when i turn on the headlights.
