Our Optima is now almost 12 mnths old, frm new the auto gearchange
from 2nd to 3rd occassionally stutters / judders and revs increase.
It has been back to dealer three times who says there is nothing
wrong, all Optimas are like this. Anyone have a similar problem?

This is NOT normal for the Optima and you should try another dealer.
If you don’t get satisfaction, ask to meet with a Kia field service
representative to resolve the issue and get the car serviced.  A major
problem with Kia has been locating quality service people.  When you
find a good dealer, stick with it.  Good luck.
