Hi All,
I am soon to be getting a 1998 Sportage that has a leaking
fuel tank. I have not had  much luck locating on the web. Are these
hard to find, and/or expensive? What should I expect this to cost?

Thanks for any help or ideas!

There are not hard to find.

Weither for a 4dr or a 2dr the price should be the same.
They should run between 148.14 - 216.09 depending were you go.

Try seaching for " KIA Parts" in a search engine.

I hope this helps you.

There is a Sportage being parted out on eBay right now, 8/25, I'm sure you
could pick up the fuel tank with send switch pretty inexpensivly

Thanks again, everyone for the help.
I did manage to locate one locally after asking enough times
with my parts guy.

Appreciate the help!
